  • Buying Available NowThese pieces are all display items in brand new condition and can be in your home tomorrow. Incredible deals must be done on these items as most customers want their furniture made to order. Current timbers, timeless designs and best of all NO WAITING! These pieces are secured with payment in full (100% deposit) plus delivery fee if applicable. Purchases over the phone are also possible, just call us on 0428 137 223 during business hours.
  • Payment methods: Funds transfer is our preferred method for deposits, progress and final payments BSB: 015 056 ACC: 4960 99699 Mabarrack Furniture. Visa and Master Card can be used in store or over the phone but will attract a 2% fee per transaction. Cash also welcome.
  • Quoting on Made to Order: All pieces in the ‘Made to order’ section of this website are priced in clear plantation oak veneers and standard dimensions as shown. Quotes on these items can be conducted by you if there’s no changes to standard dimensions or timber. Lead time for furniture made to order is around 4-6 weeks.
  • Custom Quotes: For more specific requests involving custom configurations, timber or fabric upgrades and/or size changes, you can visit us in store or use our custom quote button found on each product page. We’ll get back to you asap with answers and solutions. We can quote and supply customers in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. Timber selections conducted by FaceTime is possible for interstate customers. Custom order relying on external suppliers like glass and fabric etc may have slightly longer lead times.
  • Placing an order: Once we’ve established the quote and finalised any package deals, a 30% deposit is required to activate the factory order and schedule your job for production. Timber selection can take place after your order is active, we just adjust the final balance up or down according to the final timber choice. Samples are available to take home likewise we welcome timber floor or other samples into the factory so we can get that timber choice as perfect as possible.
  • During the build: After you have selected the exact timbers we’ll be using for your furniture, most cases you’ll be presented with the tech plans for the pieces along with the order in full showing up to date financial and technical information. Pics of your furniture coming to life will arrive to your phone so you can follow the progress. Generally when you receive these pics, your job is 1-2 weeks from completion.
  • Your order is ready! Final pics/FaceTime or inspection welcome of finished order. Balance in full due within 3 days of order completion. *Storage is possible for short periods with storage fees negotiable. We then organise and conduct the delivery (locally) or prepare the order for pick up from an interstate removal service. We’ve linked our favourite, most trusted carriers below for your convenience. They know us so all you need to do is advise them you have some furniture at Mabarrack’s to be picked up and they’ll do the rest!

Delivery Detail

  • Interstate customers are responsible for organising, liaising and funding the freight, some cases we can offer a discount on the order total to help fund the interstate fright cost.
  • Mabarrack delivery policy as follows (other carriers may have different rules)
  • Standard delivery is… In the front door, easy navigation and safe, wide hallways, ground floor for 2 people carrying non-heavy items.
  • Not considered standard is… stairs, lifts, narrow passages, steep driveways, high rise apartments, more than 2 person required. Obscure, multi-story, difficult and rural deliveries quoted via factory quote. Our delivery comes with full insurance of all items on board.
  • Local deliveries are conducted on Thursdays only, no weekend deliveries or pick ups available sorry. 
  • Assembly of beds is an extra charge. Installation of wall mounted units is charged by the hour or part there of.
  • Staff have a wait time of 10min before they return to the factory, delivery fee is forfeited and another slot must be scheduled.
  • Order to be paid in full before delivery is organised. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all pieces selected will make it through the house and fit in the room.
  • Area must be void of existing furniture, staff can’t touch existing furniture or electrical items.
  • Should we be faced with non-listed access problems, items will be left for customer to complete the final placement.
  • Whilst all care is taken with your property, we will not be held responsible for damage to anything other than the furniture being delivered.

Customer Pickup

Pick up is an option, we ask people to bring as many rugs, blankets and pillows as possible. Pick up during business hours only (no weekends). Staff can’t assist with loading, wrapping or tie down. 6×4 trailers are very bouncy and our furniture is not in a cardboard box so a 6×4 trailer would be a last resort transport solution for our furniture.
