Obtain a quote: All products in both ‘Factory order’ and ‘Available now’ sections of this website are priced in clear plantation oak veneers and standard dimensions as shown. Quotes on these items can be conducted by you if there’s no changes to dimensions or timber. For more specific quotations involving timber and fabric upgrades or size changes, you can use our enquiry button found on each product page. We’ll get back to you asap with answers and solutions. We can quote and supply customers in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. Timber selections conducted by video conference is possible for interstate customers.

Buying Available Now: We have set up online purchasing for our display items! Yep, you can now buy anything from the Available Now menu right from your phone. Just add the item(s) to your cart, checkout will provide an order number#, our BSB and ACC details to use in a funds transfer and hey-presto, you just grabbed yourself a deal. We’ll touch base straight after the transaction to discuss delivery or pick up.

Placing a Factory Order: Once we’ve established the quote and finalised any package deals, a 30% deposit is required to activate the factory order and schedule your job for production. Timber selection can take place after your order is active, we just adjust the final balance up or down according to the final timber choice. Samples are available to take home likewise we welcome timber floor or other samples into the factory so we can get that timber choice as perfect as possible.

During the build: After you have selected the exact timbers we’re using for your furniture, some cases you’ll be presented with the tech plans for the pieces along with the order in full showing up to date financial and technical information. Pics or your pieces coming to life direct from the cabinet shop will arrive to your phone so you know where the job is. Generally when you receive these pics, your job is 1-2 weeks from completion.  Average current lead times are 4-6 weeks.

Custom Builds: We welcome end users and designers with briefs for ‘off range’ designs, these builds are similar to a factory order but generally start with a design fee and have slightly longer lead times. More info on brief requirements for custom designs can be found in the designers page…
